At this time, we are only able to ship within Aotearoa (New Zealand) but do hope to expand internationally in the near future. Sign up to our mailing list to be the first to hear when we launch in your location. Thank you for your understanding.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days. During busy periods or new product launches, this may take a little longer and we'll keep you posted.
Pre-orders: Pre-ordered items may take up to one month to dispatch. This will be noted on the product page when you order.
Delivery
We currently ship within New Zealand. Delivery timeframes vary by location but are generally:
- North Island: 2-4 business days
- South Island: 3-6 business days
Rural delivery may take additional time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are available at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
